All transactions processed via this site are subject to the NPUAP Return Policy.  Exchanges for damaged merchandise only will be processed within two (2) weeks from the date of request. Books and publications will be shipped within seven (7) days via US Postal Service or FedEx/UPS for international orders. Please allow 3-4 weeks from date of order for delivery.

Pressure Ulcer photo purchases are non-refundable.

After the photo has been purchased the user has 30 days or 3 attempts to download the photo before the link expires.
